We’ll then schedule two coaching sessions to clarify your Gift, Worldview, and Core Motivation.

By the end you’ll have practical steps to integrate all you’ve learned into your daily life and relationships.

I was ready for a shift from the Enneagram “Meme culture” into a truly transforming and integrative way of understanding myself and others through the abundant spiritual wisdom the Enneagram offers.

Much of Enneagram teaching focuses on scarcity as it explains who you were and how your ego formed. While this generates lots of funny (if not a bit judgmental) memes, and provides great party conversation, I found it doesn’t tend to move people into deep growth and transformation.

While it’s valuable to understand where your challenges lie, focusing on your strengths actually moves you into emotional, spiritual, and relational health much faster than trying to understand, avoid, or control your dark side.

Abundant Enneagram believes if you spend 20% of your time & energy aware of the challenging parts of yourself, and 80% focused on the Gift (or in Enneagram terms, “The Essence” of your Type), you’ll find the space necessary to get Curious about yourself, have greater Compassion, and begin to Comprehend how to navigate the world given your Type-Specific Worldview and Core Motivation.
